That Sourdough Girl began with a love for baking, thoughtful ingredients, and a desire to share sweet homemade treats. What started as a desire to learn to develop sourdough recipes and bake sweet treats from scratch for family and friends, slowly grew into a small micro bakery rooted in intention, warmth, and craftmanship.

Each cookie is made using traditional sourdough methods and simple ingredients chosen intentionally for both flavor and quality. Enjoyed as a sweet indulgence, shared with someone you love, or given as a thoughtful gift, every box is an invitation to slow down and savor, because something homemade should always feel special.
