Ordering
How many cookies come in a box?
Each box includes five small batch sourdough cookies, baked fresh and carefully packed from the our kitchen.
Can I build a custom box?
Yes. Our Build Your Own Box option allows you to mix and match your favorite cookie flavors to create a custom box of five.
Do you offer vegan options?
Yes. We currently offer a vegan chocolate chip cookie made without eggs and dairy, featuring plant-based chocolate chunks.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Because our cookies are baked fresh to order, we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding and support of our small batch process.
I need to add an extra item to my order. Can you update this for me?
At this time, we’re not able to make changes to orders once they’ve been placed — including adding items or adjusting quantities. Thanks for understanding.
Can I change the address on my order after it has been submitted?
Because we start processing orders right away, we're unable to change the address once an order has been placed. Thanks for understanding.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Because our cookies are baked fresh in small batches, orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually sealed shortly after baking to preserve freshness and carefully packaged in a personalized box with presentation and care in mind.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We want every order to arrive safely and in the best condition possible. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@thatsourdoughgirl.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents, and we’ll do our best to help.

Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies are made in a kitchen that uses common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please review each product description carefully before ordering.
How should I store my cookies?
Each cookie is individually sealed shortly after baking to preserve freshness. If not enjoyed within a few days, we recommend keeping them sealed and refrigerated until ready to serve.
For the best experience, allow cookies to come to room temperature or warm gently before enjoying.
Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes. Our cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 2 months. For the best experience, allow them to come to room temperature or warm slightly before enjoying.
